I found the last few posts most enjoyable over a cup of strong tea and a couple of poached eggs this morning, and of course, I hasten to add… in the comfort and shelter of our beautiful dry house! Nothing changes here. Our hanging basket chairs have been put up and are lovely to curl up in and watch the moon (well I think that was earlier this week as we have been unable to see much over the last VERY wet days and nights. I’m on my way into town now to buy some ingredients to cook butter chicken. Will call in and see Mum, who seems to be having a lovely peaceful time, but I’m sure given that it’s Valentines Day, she’ll be missing you… and your great cooking.
